• December 2006:
  • CH Sanbar’s Curtain Call JH won Best of Breed at the 2006 AKC Eukanuba Invitational.
  • CH Sanbar Mustang Evening Attire won Best of Opposite at 2006 AKC Eukanuba Invitational.
  • CH Sanbar Call When Readi won First Award of Merit at 2006 AKC Eukanuba Invitational.
  • CH Sanbar’s Call When Readi and CH Sanbar Mustang Evening Attire have been accepted to the 2007 Westminster Show.

• November 2006:
  • CH Sanbar Crosscreek Repete Call won Best of Winners, Best Puppy at the 2006 Brittany National, and achieved Champion status at 10 months of age.
  • CH Sanbar’s Call When Readi won Award of Merit at 2006 Summer Nationals, and maintained #2 Brittany ranking.

• October 2006:
  • CH Sanbar’s Call When Readi won BISS at Hudson Valley Brittany Club Specialty, and went on to win BIS at the Troy KC in West Springfield, MA.

• September 2006:
  • Ch Sanbar Castle Built on Legends (Kody) attained second place finish in Northern California Brittany Club Field Trial in Open Derby
  • CH Sanbar Call When Readi (Readi) won BISS at the Georgia Brittany Club Specialty and maintained the #2 ranking in breed points.

• July 2006:
  • CH Sanbar’s Call When Readi (Redi) won BISS at the Michigan Brittany Specialty and the American Brittany Club Summer National event as well as Group 2 & Group 3 placements on the July 7-9 weekend. The BISS at the ABC Summer Nationals is the third year in a row for Sanbar Kennels which CH Sanbar’s Curtain Call started in 2003.
  • CH Sanbar's Call When Readi won BISS at the Buckeye Brittany Speciality July 28-31.
  • CH Sanbar's Call When Readi won nine Sporting Group placements.
  • CH Sanbar's Curtain Call (Jonnie) won Oregon Brittany Speciality at Salem, OR.
  • We extend our deepest appreciation to Amy  Rodrigues, Phil Booth, and Cassie Noe for their talented handling of Redi.
  • We extend our deeptest appreciation to Shea and TIffany Skinner for their expert handling of Jon and Eve.

• June 2006:
  • CH Sanbar’s Castle Built on Legends (Kody) won BISS at Washington Brittany Specialty at 12 months of age and Best of Breed at Puyallup before taking on the hunt test training in Oregon.  We are very excited to return Kody to the show ring after he has grown into body, and finished his hunt training.
  • CH Sanbar’s Mustang Evening Attire (Eve) achieved Best of Opposite placement at the Washington Brittany Specialty. We extend our deepest appreciation to Tiffany and Shea Skinner for their expert handling of Eve and Kody.
  • CH Sanbar’s Call When Readi (Redi) won 11 Best of Breeds, Group 1, and Group 2 placements.

• May 2006:
  • CH Sanbar’s Mustang Evening Attire (Eve) achieved four Best of Breeds and two Best of Opposite placements.
  • CH Sanbar’s Call When Readi (Redi) won BISS at the Heart of Illinois Brittany Specialty.
  • Sanbar Kennels, per the Canine Chronicle standings, has three of the top 20 Brittanys in Breed points.  CH Sanbar’s Call When Readi (Redi) holds the #4 spot, CH Sanbar’s Mustang Evening Attire (Eve) holds the #12 spot, and CH Sanbar’s Curtain Call JH (retired) holds the #16 spot.

• April 2006:
  • CH Sanbar’s Mustang Evening Attire (Eve) achieved her Champion level on April 1st coupled with a Group 3. After this great start, she finished the month with three Best of Breeds, Group 1, and Group 2 placements.
  • Per the Canine Chronicle Standings, Sanbar Kennels has four of the top 20 Brittanys in Breed points.
  • Eve won two BoB’s with Group 2 and Group 1 placements at Timberland Valley DF show. She won the hearts and applause of the Timberland Valley with her performances. Eve placed as the highest money winning bitch at the Western Brittany Futurity in Madras, OR. Jon’s Mini-Me daughter is making a name for herself quickly while taking the Liver/White combination to new level in competition.
  • Kody achieved Champion level at 10 months of age.

• March 2006 – Sanbar’s Call When Readi (Redi) won twelve Best of Breed competitions and BoB at Western Michigan Specialty. Sanbar’s Castle Built on Legends (Kody) won two Best of Breed competitions at the Seattle Kennel Club. Sanbar’s Mustang Evening Attire (Eve) won Best of Opposite Sex at Seattle KC, BoB and Group 3 at Chintimini KC while completing her Champion level with a five point major.

• February 2006:
  • Sanbar’s Curtain Call (Jonnie) won his third consecutive Best of Breed at Westminster Kennel Club. Jonnie retired from the show ring after Westminster, and will be pursuing his Senior and Master Hunt Test titles in 2006. Sanbar’s Mustang Evening Attire (Eve) won Best of Opposite Sex at Silver Bay KC (San Diego).
  • Sanbar’s Call When Readi (Readi) is campaigning toward #1 Brittany under the expert handling of Amy Rodrigues.

• January 2006: Ch Sanbar’s Curtain Call finishes 2005 as the Number 1 Brittany (third consecutive year), Number 5 Sporting Dog (third consecutive year as Top 5 Sporting Dog), and wins the Oregon Brittany Specialty. Ch Sanbar’s Call When Readi (Readi) finishes 2005 as the Number 4 ranked Brittany.
